In this presentation, we will go beyond impeachment to explore some underutilized information sources and assessment tools for evaluating witnesses. Armed with these tools, you can expose a witness's questionable behavior, character flaws, and hidden motivations to help jurors evaluate the messenger as thoroughly as they evaluate the message.
