In the months since the fall of the protections of Roe v. Wade, the legal landscape has shifted, with some states passing draconian laws restricting reproductive freedom, and others rising to pass laws protecting reproductive rights. Even before June 2022, people have been prosecuted for experiencing pregnancy loss. This presentation will explore what those cases look like, and begin delving into litigation tools for when you are representing a client prosecuted ultimately for that loss, focusing in on shrinking your case.
