This session will focus on advanced techniques to present a compelling and effective direct examination of a witness.  We will discuss how to develop a compelling, interesting, and effective direct examination. You will learn about the importance of storytelling and how to use horizontal and vertical questions to create a clear image of your client’s story in the minds of the Jurors. We will also discuss techniques like storyboarding, flash back, and the use of first person, so your direct examination will be one which supports and advances your theory of defense.
