Champ Napier grew up in one of Alabama's poorest cities, Prichard, Alabama, after witnessing the death of his father. He was exposed to a dysfunctional family, committed crime, and spent nearly 15 years inside Alabama's prison system. On the other side of redemption, Champ is now an author of 2 books, has received a pardon and now speaks at jails, prisons, schools, and churches to educate the communities on the social allies that rapidly taking over the nation. He is also a Client Advocate in Mobile, Alabama.  Join us to hear Champ's story and thoughts on what we need to understand about out clients' experience.
