The impact of stress on the mental and physical well-being of our teams is of critical importance to ensuring our clients receive appropriate representation. For many of us, however, the concept of workplace trauma and how it impacts our day-to-day operations remains a mystery. During this session we will therefore try to define what workplace trauma is, how it negatively impacts our work, and tools we can use to help alleviate occupational stress for our teams.
