Do your juries reflect a fair cross-section of your community? In most jurisdictions the answer is no, and fair cross-section claims are one tool for securing a representative jury. This session will cover the basic framework for raising a fair cross-section challenge as well as strategies for tackling common obstacles to successful claims.
