This is a presentation designed to expose attorneys to new ideas about how to fight procedural unfairness and shape judicial and prosecutorial behavior during trial through creative pretrial motions litigation. It will also promote the overall attitude that a strong and aggressive motions practice is often the best way to achieve great outcomes for our clients.
