This includes, Fact Investigators, Social Workers (Mitigation/Sentencing Specialists), Paralegals, and Legal Secretaries alike.  The presenters will cover how important it is to cross train and effectively assess and leverage the legal skills of your defense team and integrate them effectively into a defender office.
