Relax, shake it out, and move around a little with a low-key yoga class. This customizable practice is friendly to all bodies and all experience levels, and you can give it as much energy as you wish. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and if you are breathing, you are doing it right. (If you are smiling, you are doing amazing.) We will keep it light and breezy. No special equipment is necessary, but loose, comfortable clothing wouldn’t hurt, and enough space to move around without knocking over any piles of files. It’s nice to have a folded blanket or cushion or chair to sit on for Savashana. Drop in, drop out, or come only for relaxation at the end. Let’s support each other in positivity and presence while we breathe and move around a little.
